Arrive Guwahati by Train at Kamakhya Railway Station @ 1pm, meet and greet at Railway Station, after warm welcome you will be driven to Kaziranga (max. 5 hrs drive). Kaziranga National Park is renowned for being the world's largest habitat for the Indian one-horned rhinoceros. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to a diverse range of wildlife, including elephants, tigers, and wild water buffalo. Upon arrival in Kaziranga, check in to the hotel. Evening proceed for Cultural Dance Program at The Kaziranga. National Orchid Park (please note, this is done in an open area, please use mosquito repellant). Overnight at hotel in Kaziranga.
After Morning Breakfast, around 800 hrs, proceed for Kaziranga National Park for Jeep Safari. After safari, return to hotel checkout and drive to Shillong. If time permits Enroute visit Umiam Lake, enjoy 5 minutes boating (last entry till 4 pm). Later check-in to hotel, Overnight at hotel in Shillong.
Enjoy sumptuous breakfast at your hotel, checkout and drive to Cherrapunjee. Enroute visit Elephant Falls, Shillong peak, Seven sister Waterfalls, Mawsmai Caves, Nohkalikai Waterfalls, Arway Caves, Garden of Caves. (Falls are active during rainy season). Upon arrival at Cherrapunjee, check-in to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Cherrapunjee.
After Morning Breakfast checkout form hotel, Morning proceeds for day excursion of Mwallynong Village and Dawki. Mwallynong The Cleanest Village in Asia, It was declared the cleanest village in Asia in 2003 and the cleanest in India in 2005 by Discover India magazine. Spend some time and explore the Cleanest Village. Later proceed to the Living Root Bridge: Living Root Bridge is a Tree Bridge, while visiting Meghalaya one must visit this beautiful place. Please wear good shoes which has good grip as you will to go on stairs which is not smooth, avoid high heels and fancy shoes, sandles. Later proceed for Dawki (Indo-Bangladesh Border). The main attractions here apart from the extreme natural beauty and peace is the Dawki Bridge. It is a suspension bridge over the Umngot River and also serves as a place from where all tourists can enjoy some spectacular panoramic views. Enjoy boat ride on River Dawki on direct payment (one of the cleanest rivers on earth) also you can try some snacks selling from Bangladesh. Evening check-in to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Dawki.
After Morning Breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Guwahati, enroute visit Laitlum Canyons. Laitlum Canyons is the perfect destinations to get wide, sweeping and picturesque views of the state of Meghalaya. The name 'Laitlum Canyons' literally means end of hills. The terrain, though a little difficult to navigate which offers the best views. Spend some time and enjoy the view. Later drive to Guwahati. Upon arrival check in to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Guwahati.
After Morning Breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple. (Please note, in case guest wants to visit Kamakhya Temple, we suggest Roop Darshan, for going to Garva Griha, VIP ticket cost INR 501 per person, counter opens at 0600 hrs. for Morning Darshan and at 1200 hrs. for afternoon Darshan, devotees need to obtain the ticket by themselves being on time rather before time be in queue/ guest can also enter temple without any VIP tickets, for that guest needs go in general Queue which will take many hours for Darshan) Please book your slot online https://www.maakamakhya.org/. After Darshan return back to your car and drive to Hotel. Later you will be driven to Kamakhya Railway Station to board your Train @ 4pm for your onwards journey.
