ITINERARY

DAY 01: LEH TO SHAM VALLEY (70 KMS | 4-5 HRS APPROX.)

Upon your arrival at Leh airport, our representative will meet and greet you. You will be transferred to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Take the day to acclimatize to the change in altitude. Overnight stay in Sham.

DAY 02: SHAM VALLEY TO KARGIL VIA BATALIK (192 KMS | 5-6 HRS APPROX.)

After Morning Breakfast, embark on a journey to Kargil. En route, explore Dha-Hanu, inhabited by the last of the Indo-Aryan race. Visit Batalik, a significant war zone where Indian soldiers fought in 1999. Arrive in Kargil by evening, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Kargil.

DAY 03: KARGIL - DRASS - HUNDERMAN- KARGIL (4-5 HRS. APPROX.)

After Morning Breakfast, drive to Drass, known for being the second coldest inhabited place globally. Explore Drass War Memorial Hall. Drive back to Kargil. After Post lunch, proceed to Hundarman, a village with historical significance. Overnight stay in Kargil.

DAY 04: KARGIL TO LEH VIA LAMAYURU (220 KMS | 6-7 KMS APPROX.)

Start your day with a drive to Leh. En route, visit Mulbek Chamba, Lamayuru Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara, and Hall of Fame museum. Enjoy a hot lunch at Lamayuru. Arrive in Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 05: LEH - NUBRA VALLEY (128 KMS | 4-5 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the world. Take breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. Check in to the hotel/camp/guest house upon arrival. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

DAY 06: HUNDER - TURTUK – THANG – HUNDER (190 KMS | 6-7 HRS APPROX.)

Explore Thang, the last village on the India-Pakistan border, captured by the Indian Army in 1971. En route, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

DAY 07: NUBRA - PANGONG LAKE VIA SHYOK RIVER ROAD (150 KMS | 6-7 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake, enjoying a 6-7 hour drive. Arrive at the camp, relax, and witness the color-changing lake and the sunset on its banks. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

DAY 08: PANGONG LAKE TO HANLE (175 KMS | 6-7 HRS APPROX.)

In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Hanle. On the way, cross Chushul Village along with Tsaga La. Visit, the Indian Astronomical Observatory and enjoy a homestay with locals. Overnight stay in Hanle.

DAY 09: HANLE – TSOMORIRI VIA MAHE BRIDGE (130 KMS | 4 - 5 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Nurpa Pass. Continue the journey, crossing Loma bend and Mahe Bridge. Arrive at Korzok village by late noon. Spend the evening walking around the lake and enjoying the scenic beauty. Overnight stay in Korzok.

DAY 10: TSOMORIRI – TSOKAR - TAGLANGLA – LEH (240 KMS | 7- 8 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, leave for Leh by a different route via Puga (Sulphur Mine), Polakongka pass, Tsokar Lake, and Taklang La Pass. Arrive in Leh by late evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 11: LEH

After breakfast visit the Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Leh Market. Later afternoon free for shopping. Overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 12: LEH AIRPORT DROP (4 KMS | 15 MINUTES APPROX.)

Early morning, transfer to Leh airport for your flight back to the destination. The journey concludes.
