ITINERARY

DAY 01: LEH TO SHAM VALLEY (70 KMS | 3-4 HRS APPROX.)

Upon your arrival at Leh airport, you will be transferred to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Check in to your reserved accommodation upon arrival and spend the day resting. Overnight stay in Sham.

DAY 02: SHAM – LEH (70 KMS | 3-4 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, drive back to Leh, making stops at Alchi Monastery, Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame enroute. Evening visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & Leh Market. Overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 03: LEH - NUBRA VALLEY (128 KMS | 4-5 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, journey to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (the Highest Motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft). Take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel/camp/guest house. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari featuring double-humped camels unique to Ladakh and Mongolia at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

DAY 04: HUNDER – TURTUK – THANG – HUNDER (190KMS |6-7 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, drive to Thang (the last village of India on the India-Pakistan border). Enroute, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi. Thang was captured by the Indian Army in the year 1971 war with Pakistan. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

DAY 05: NUBRA - PANGONG LAKE VIA SHYOK RIVER ROAD (150 KMS | 6-7 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, embark on a drive to Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft, a journey of 6 – 7 hours. Upon arrival at the camp, enjoy leisure time and witness the color-changing lake and the sunset on its banks. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

DAY 06: PANGONG LAKE – LEH (140 KMS | 4-5 HRS APPROX.)

In early morning, enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh via changla pass, enroute visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 07: LEH AIRPORT DEPARTURE (4 KMS | 15 MINUTES APPROX.)

In the early morning, transfer to Leh airport for your flight back to your destination. The journey concludes.
